Connecting Consumers with Care provides grants to Massachusetts health centers and community-based organizations that assist marginalized populations and those with low-income with accessing, maintaining, and navigating health insurance coverage. The maximum grant amount is $50,000 per year. The Foundation funds organizations with detailed knowledge of publicly subsidized health insurance programs and the ability to assist clients with enrollment and navigation of these programs, including MassHealth, Connector programs, and the Health Safety Net.
