Jessica is part of the policy and research team at the Foundation, working on the issues of health care coverage and affordability, Medicaid, access to behavioral health services, and social determinants of health. She also manages the activities of the Foundation's Health Coverage Fellowship program.Prior to joining the Foundation, Jessica served as program coordinator at the Lown Institute, where she supported a range of initiatives aimed at reducing the use of unnecessary medical services. She also previously served as a teaching assistant for the Department of Health Policy and Management at Boston University School of Public Health and as a student intern for the World Health Organization's Stop TB Partnership in Geneva, Switzerland.She holds a master's in public health from Boston University School of Public Health and a bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University.
