Pathways to Cultural Competence grants supported Massachusetts health care delivery organizations in expanding access to culturally competent care in a systemic, replicable and sustainable manner. Funds supported compelling models of successful collaboration with community-based organizations, strong organizational commitment at various management and staff levels, and effective capacity building to serve culturally diverse populations.
