Funding to increase organizational capacity to better serve the LGBTQIA+ community by training MEDA staff to better serve this community and to develop materials that addresses LGBTQIA+ eating disorders and mental health.
It Takes a Village
Funding to translate digital and print resources to languages spoken by their clients: Spanish, Haitian Creole, Russian, Ukrainian, Pashto, Urdu, and Arabic. This investment will strengthen capacity to provide culturally respectful care and create a more welcoming environment.

Funding for two Instant Language Assistant (ILA) devices as well as software to allow more electronic communications in multiple languages to meet the surge of non-English speaking clients. These devices will provide real-time translation support to serve and provide resources to multilingual clients.
