Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the executive office of health and human services shall seek federal approval effective July 1, 2006 to enroll an additional 1,600 people, for a maximum total of 15,600 enrollees, in the CommonHealth program, funded in item 4000- 0430 in section 2 of chapter 45 of the acts of 2005.
Summary
Directs MassHealth to increase enrollment in the CommonHealth program for the disabled by 1600 people who were on the waiting list as of April 2006.
